"I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the product and most important with the crew who delivered and installed the elevator. Every one of the people I dealt with was professional, friendly and interested in my satisfaction with the product and company.
During the installation, there was a defective part and the team worked late to get the part and put it in. They patiently covered the use of the elevator, even though it was almost 11 PM and they had more than an hour to travel to their next assignment.
I can only hope that the people we employ to implement our software behave in this professional and caring way.
